PlantAdapt 2018

The first Plant Adapt meeting in Banyuls will take place at the Arago laboratory
from Wednesday 12th to Friday 14th September, 2018.

The deadline for registration is June 1st , 2018 to allow organisation of hotel accomodation
and meals. To postulate, please complete and return the participant form as soon as
possible to plantadapt@univ-perp.fr. The same address can be used to contact the
organisers : Odile Herran and Elisabeth Goetschy, and to submit abstracts.
The deadline for abstract submission is June 31th, 2018.

Organization and financing

Meals, coffee breaks for September 12, 13 and 14 and rental of the conference room will be paid by the budget of the meeting.
Meals will be taken at the nearby restaurant of the Arago Laboratory.

Transport and accomodation will need to be paid by each participants.

We have pre-booked for participants 40 bedrooms (28 single, 8 double and 4 triple) at the accommodation Center of the Arago Laboratory.
These rooms will be attributed on the first come, first served basis by completing and returning the : Accommodation form with your inscription.
Beyond those, hotel rooms can be found in nearby local hotels, a list of which is included in the : Accommodation form .

Please provide us with all requested information as soon as possible to facilitate organisation of the meeting.
